Home & School Executive Committee Positions
President - The President presides over all the meetings and is responsible for the general functioning of the Association. He or she also attends Pastoral Council meetings.
Vice-President - The Vice-President serves a two year term, for the first year as Vice-President and for the second year as President. As Vice-President, he or she assists the President and learns the operations of the Home and School Association.
Treasurer - The Treasurer records and accounts for all financial transactions of the Home and School Committee. This includes deposits, issuing checks when necessary, balancing the checkbook and creating reports.
Secretary - The Secretary generates a written record of all meetings of the Association and the Executive Committee. He or she informs the Committee members of the Executive Meeting schedule and works with the President to create an agenda for these meetings. The Secretary provides written information to publicize events or activities that are organized by the Home and School Association.
